KRS 320.331: Appeal to Circuit Court.

An optometrist who, by final order of the board has been subjected to any disciplinary

action may file an appeal. The action on appeal shall be filed with the Circuit Court of the

county in which the violation occurred in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B. T he

commencement of proceedings under this section shall not operate as a stay on the

board's order, unless specifically ordered otherwise by the court.
