KRS 322.080: Time, place, scope of examination.

(1) Examinations shall be held at times and places determined by the board by

promulgation of administrative regulations.

(2) The scope of the examination and the methods of procedure shall be prescribed by

the board with special reference to the applicant's a bility to design and supervise

engineering or land surveying works so as to insure the safety of life, health, and

property.
