KRS 322.280: Meetings of board.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) The board shall hold at least four (4) regular meetings each year. Special meetings

shall be held if the bylaws provide. Notice of all meetings shall be given in the

manner provided by the bylaws.

(2) Six (6) members shall constitute a quorum.
