KRS 323A.080: Seal required -- Use.

(1) Each landscape architect licensed to practice within the Commonwealth shall secure

a seal of the design prescribed by the administrative regulation of the board.

(2) Each landscape architect shall sign and seal all working drawings, specifications,

and reports prepared by the landscape architect or under his or her supervision.
