KRS 324.288: Affiliation fee.

No affiliation fee shall be charged in any year to a licensee. As used in this section,

"affiliation fee" means any fee or compensation paid by a licensee, to any person, for the

privilege of listing his license with a particular principal broker, in recor ds submitted to

the commission.
