KRS 324.980: Persons to whom KRS Chapter 324 does not apply.

Nothing in KRS Chapter 324 shall be construed to apply to a person engaged solely in the

business of compiling and categorizing information concerning the location and

availability of real property which may be leased or rented and who furnishes such

information to prospective tenants for a fee.
