KRS 324A.025: Chair of board -- Meetings.

(1) The board shall elect a chair each year at the first meeting called after appointment

of new members. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum and may

exercise all powers and duties established in KRS 324A.020.

(2) The board shall meet at least on ce each calendar quarter. Additional meetings may

be held upon call of the chair or upon the written request of two (2) members of the

board.
