KRS 324A.154: Applicant filing fee for appraisal management company to be established

by administrative regulations.

The board shall promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with KRS Chapter

13A to establish a reasonable filing fee to b e paid by each appraisal management

company seeking registration under KRS 324A.152. The filing fee shall include the

annual fee for inclusion in the national registry maintained by the Appraisal

Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.
