KRS 324B.010: Definitions for chapter.

As used in this chapter:

(1) "Authority" means the Kentucky Real Estate Authority;

(2) "Cabinet" means the Public Protection Cabinet;

(3) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Professional

Licensing;

(4) "Department" means the Department of Professional Licensing;

(5) "Division" means the Division of Real Property Boards; and

(6) "Executive director" means the executive director of the Kentucky Real Estate

Authority.
