KRS 326.120: Deposit of fees in agency fund.

All fees imposed and collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid to the

secretary-treasurer of the board for the use of the board, and shall be deposited in the

State Treasury to the credit of an agency fund for the use of the board.
