KRS 332.991: Penalties.

Any person who violates KRS 332.202, 332.206(2) and (3), or 332.214 shall be fined not

less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300) or be

imprisoned for not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty (30) days, or both.
