KRS 333.120: Inspection of medical laboratories.

The cabinet is authorized to inspect the premises and operations of all medical

laboratories for the purpose of studying and evaluating the operation, supervision, and

procedures of such facilities and to determine their effect upon the health and safety o f

the people of this state.
