KRS 335.140: Disposition of fees and other charges.

All fees and other charges received by the board under KRS 335.010 to 335.160 and KRS

335.990 shall be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to a separate trust and

agency account for the board. The moneys so deposited shall be used to finance the board,

and are hereby appropriated to the board.
