KRS 335.160: Board to enjoin violations.

  1. KRS Chapter 335

If it appears to the board that a person is violating any provision of KRS 335.010 to

335.160 and KRS 335.990, the board may institute, in its own name, in Franklin Circuit

Court, a proceeding to restrain and enjoin the violation without regard to whether

proceedings have been, or may be instituted under other provisions of KRS 335.010 to

335.160 and KRS 335.990. The board or any member thereof, shall not be required to

furnish bond for any costs or filing fees in connection with the proceeding.
