KRS 335.990: Penalties.

Any person who violates or aids in the violation of any provision of KRS 335.010 to

335.160 shall upon conviction be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five

hundred dollars ($500), or imprisoned for not more than six (6) months, or both.
