KRS 338.181: Powers of Department of Workplace Standards -- Agreement with United

States government.

The Department of Workplace Standards is empowered to administer the provisions of

this chapter to employers, employees, and places of employment under the jurisdi ction of

the United States government pursuant to any agreement between the Commonwealth and

the United States government. Pursuant to such agreement, the Department of Workplace

Standards is empowered to make employer reports and data available to the Uni ted States

government.
