KRS 341.150: Publication of chapter.

The secretary shall cause to be printed for distribution to the public the text of this

chapter, the secretary's regulations and general rules, his annual report to the Governor,

and any other material he deems relevant and suitable, and shall furnish the same to any

person upon application therefor.
