KRS 341.282: Financing benefits for state employees.

The amount payable to meet the Commonwealth's obligation as an employer under this

chapter shall be paid from the general fund of the state or such other administrative funds

as might properly be designated by the secretary of the Finance and Administratio n

Cabinet or successor thereto.
