KRS 341.355: Additional qualification for benefit eligibility.

An otherwise eligible worker under this chapter shall be ineligible for benefits for any

week in a benefit year unless, subsequent to the beginning of the worker's immediately

preceding benefit year, he or she returned to work and earned wages in covered

employment equal to at least five (5) times his or her weekly benefit rate established for

the previous benefit year.
