KRS 341.580: Limitations on payment of benefits.

  1. KRS Chapter 341

Benefits shall be considered due and payable under this chapter only to the extent

provided in this chapter and to the extent that money is available therefor to the credit of

the unemployment insurance fund, and neither this state, the secretary, nor the cabinet

shall be liable for any amount in excess of such sums.
