KRS 341.610: Pledge to replace funds.

Kentucky hereby obligates itself for the replacement, within a reasonable time, of any

moneys received pursuant to Title III of the Social Security Act which, because of any

action or contingency, are lost or expended for purposes other than, or in amounts in

excess of, those found necessary by the appropriate federal agency for the proper

administration of this chapter.
