KRS 341.620: Expenditure of federal moneys.

All moneys received pursuant to Title III of the Social Security Act, as amended, shall be

expended solely for the purposes and in the amounts found necessary by the Federal

Bureau of Employment Security for the proper and efficient administration of this

chapter.
