KRS 341.715: Authority to end state participation in enhanced benefit program.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky may end the Commonwealth's

participation in any enhanced federal benefit program in a manner consistent with any

applicable federal laws at any time during the duration of the program.
