KRS 342.039: Filing of detailed claim information by each insurance company, self -

insured group, and employer carrying its own risk.

Beginning on January 1, 1995, and pursuant to administrative regulations promulgated

under KRS Chapter 13A by the commissioner, eac h insurance company writing workers'

compensation insurance policies in the Commonwealth, every self -insured group, and

each employer carrying its own risk shall file in the manner directed by the commissioner,

detailed claim information contained in the m odel regulation developed by the National

Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) in conjunction with the International

Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC).
