KRS 342.1227: Loan or transfer of funds of funding commission prohibited.

Except as provided in KRS 342.829, funds which are under the jurisdiction of the

commission shall not:

(1) Be loaned to the Commonwealth or any instrumentality or agency thereof;

(2) Be subject to transfer to the Commonwealth or any agency or instrumentali ty

thereof, except for purposes specifically authorized by this chapter;

(3) Be expended for any other purpose than one authorized by this chapter.
