KRS 342.245: Record of proceedings.

All proceedings of the board and the administrative law judges shall be recorded in books

kept for that purpose by the commissioner, which shall constitute a public record and

shall contain an entry of each case, claim, or proceeding considered, heard or passed upon

by each administrative law judge and the board, with the award, finding or decisions

made thereon.
