KRS 342.465: Persons not to act for unauthorized insurance company nor to make false

statement or return.

No person shall act or assume to act in this state as agent for any such insurance carrier

whose authority to do business in this state has been suspended, wh ile such suspension

remains in force. No person shall willfully make a false or fraudulent statement of the

business or condition of or false return concerning any such insurance carrier.
