KRS 344.575: Separate living facilities for the two sexes not prohibited.

Nothing contained in KRS 344.550 to 344.575 shall be construed to prohibit any

educational institution receiving funds under KRS 344.550 to 344.575 from maintaining

separate living facilities for the different sexes.
