KRS 344.630: Service of charge.

After the commission issues a discriminatory housing charge under KRS 344.625, the

commission shall cause a copy thereof, together with information as to how to make an

election of an administrative or judicial choice of forum under KRS 344.635, and the

effect of such election, to be served:

(1) On each respondent named in the charge, together with a written notice of

opportunity for a hearing at a time and place specified in the notice, unless that

election is made; and

(2) On each aggrieved person on whos e behalf the discriminatory housing complaint

was filed.
