KRS 345.040: Duty to bargain collectively.

The public employer and such labor organization as has been designated as exclusive

representative of firefighters in an appropriate unit, through appropriate officials or their

representatives, shall have the authority and the duty to bargain collectively . This duty

extends to the obligation to bargain collectively as set forth in subsection (3) of KRS

345.050.
