KRS 35.367: Determination of lack of mental capacity or mental responsibility.

The determination of lack of mental capacity or mental responsibility shall be determined

pursuant to Kentucky state law as well as regulations of the Department of Defense of the

United States and the laws of the United States governing the Armed Forces of the United

States as required under the Kentucky Constitution.
