KRS 35.645: Driving under the influence or reckless driving.

Any person subject to this code who operates or is in physical control of any vehicle

while under the influence of alcohol or any other substances or combination of substances

which impair one's driving ability, or in a reckless or wanton manner, shall be punished as

a court-martial may direct.
