KRS 350.0285: Notification to Transportation Cabinet of permits for mine openings and

of mine closings under authority of cabinet.

The cabinet shall notify the secretary of the Transportation Cabinet every six (6) months

of permits issued for mine openings and mine closings under the authority of the cabinet.
