KRS 350.066: Bond posting not required until permit application approved.

All bonds required to be filed in accordance with KRS 350.060 and 350.064 shall not be

required to be filed until the applicant for the permit has been notified in writing by the

cabinet that the application for the permit has been approved, with the excep tion of the

bond.
