KRS 350.200: Signs to be posted at mining sites.

  1. KRS Chapter 350

All surface coal mining operations operating under a permit from the cabinet shall display

appropriate signs at the entrances, clearly setting forth the name, business address, phone

number of the permittee and the permit number of the surface coal mining and

reclamation operations, as required by regulations of the cabinet. Such signs shall be

maintained during the life of the operation.
