KRS 351.125: First-aid training.

The department shall provide first-aid training incorporating all training required by

the state's approved program for emergency medical technicians or the

department's mine emergency technician program which is applicable to mines.

Each candidate for certification as a mine foreman shall complete the department's

first-aid course of instruction and shall pass an examination on the course as a

prerequisite for certification.
