KRS 352.070: Checking employees in and out.

The licensee or superintendent of every underground mine shall install a uniform system

of checking the employees in and out of the mine. Each employee shall have a positive

means of identification upon his person while inside the mine and a record shall b e kept

on the surface of all persons underground at all times.
