KRS 352.310: Suspension of fire boss -- Revocation of certificate.

Any fire boss who fails to perform his duties, or who makes a false report of the

condition of any place in the portion of the mine allotted to him for examination, shall

be suspended by the mine foreman, and his name shall be given to the mine

inspector for prosecution. If he is found guilty by the Mine Safety Review

Commission, he shall return his certificate of qualification to the department.
