KRS 352.660: Prohibition of termination or disciplining of miners for reporting unsafe

mines or violations.

No licensee, operator, mine superintendent, mine manager, or other supervisory personnel

shall terminate or otherwise discipline a miner for reporting or do cumenting to or

cooperating with regulatory agencies in their investigation of unsafe mining practices or

conditions or violations of provisions of KRS Chapter 351 or 352.
