KRS 353.447: Construction of KRS 353.411 to 353.459 in regards to common law rights

and relationship of severed mineral estate and pore space owner.

KRS 353.411 to 353.459 shall not be construed as altering the respective legal rights or

relationship between the severed mineral estate and a pore space owner as they exist at

common law.
