KRS 353.597: Replacement of disrupted water supply by well operator.

A well operator shall replace the water supply of any owner of interest in real property

who obtains all or part of his supply of water for domestic, agriculture, industrial, or other

legitimate use from an underground or surface source where the supply ha s been

substantially disrupted by contamination, diminution, or interruption proximately

resulting from the operator's oil or gas operation.
