KRS 353.656: Display of danger signs on oil storage facilities.

The well operator shall cause signs printed with the word "DANGER" and other

information which may be required by the department to be prominently displayed near or

on all facilities used for storage of oil whether the facilities are in active production o r

have been abandoned.
