KRS 355.7-703: Applicability.

This article, as effective on July 12, 2012:

(1) Applies to a document of title that is issued or a bailment that arises on or after July

12, 2012;

(2) Does not apply to a document of title that is issued or a bailment that arises before

July 12, 2012, even if the document of title or bailment would be s ubject to this

article, as effective on July 12, 2012, if the document of title had been issued or

bailment had arisen after July 12, 2012; and

(3) Does not apply to a right of action that has accrued before July 12, 2012.
