KRS 36.081: Restriction of application of KRS 36.080 (3).

Subsection (3) of KRS 36.080 shall not apply to armories constructed by or rented from

the Commonwealth of Kentucky Military Department Armory Corporation, organized

under the laws of Kentucky, July 10, 1939.
