KRS 362.2-210: Annual report for Secretary of State.

A limited partnership subject to this subchapter or a foreign limited partnership

authorized to transact business in this Commonwealth shall deliver to the Secretary of

State for filing an annual report as provided in KRS 14A.6-010.
