KRS 362.2-972: Severability clause.

If any provision of this subchapter or its application to any person or circumstance is held

invalid, then the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this

subchapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or applic ation, and, to

this end, the provisions of this subchapter are severable.
