KRS 362.407: Recordkeeping office -- Agent for service of process.

Each limited partnership shall continuously maintain in this Commonwealth:

(1) A registered office and registered agent that comply with KRS 14A.4-010; and

(2) An office which may, but need not be, a place of business in this state, at which

shall be kept the records required by KRS 362.409 to be maintained.
