KRS 362.489: Judicial dissolution.

On application by or for a partner, the Circuit Court for the county in which the certificate

of limited partnership is recorded may order dissolution of a limited partnership if it is not

reasonably practicable to carry on the business in conformity with the partnership

agreement.
