KRS 364.030: Charges for keeping fleets, rafts and platforms.

Any person who takes up any fleet, raft or platform shall, in addition to the fees provided

for by KRS 364.020, have a claim against the owner for a reasonable compensation for

keeping and caring for the property taken up by him, not to exceed the followin g rates for

each day:
