KRS 365.898: Severability.

If any provision of KRS 365.880 to 365.900 or its application to any person or

circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or

applications of KRS 365.880 to 365.900 which can be given effect without the invalid

provision or application, and to this end the provisions of KRS 365.880 to 365.900 shall

be severable.
